Please be advised that you will be screened for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 prior to entry, will be required to wear a mask, utilize hand sanitizer and physical distance. Visitors will be asked to remain in the resident’s room or visitation area to limit movement throughout the facility.
Outdoor visitation is preferred weather permitting, as the likelihood of the spread of COVID-19 is less probable.

County Transmission Level – if the county transmission level is high or substantial, we encourage you to get tested 2-3 days prior to your visit.
